We just recently made a discovery that this sauce makes amazing vegan coleslaw. Hence, this recipe. Seriously––bring this stuff to a cookout, and no one will be able to tell the difference!
So, I love salad. I love salad so much that you’ll probably see a lot of salad recipes on the blog. This salad, however, is one of the best. (FYI, I say this about every salad–you’ll learn.) This is a super easy weeknight meal and something I always fall back on when I want a quick, healthy, and filling dinner! You can definitely play around with variations on veggie add-ins, spices on your tofu, or rice noodles instead of rice. Lots of room for experimentation here!
