Smoked Garlic Tofu Wraps

Even though I love tofu in any form, I love finding new ways to make it that can please any palate. This Smoked Garlic Tofu is crispy, flavorful, and super quick to make. I love to eat this in a whole wheat wrap with my Sweet & Tangy Coleslaw and some extra veg. You can also throw this tofu in a salad or slice it thin and sear it to make smoked tofu steaks. Any which way you make it, I hope you’ll fall in love with tofu like I have.

Breaded Tofu Steaks

Sometimes you just need a meal that feels wholesome. As a vegan, I eat a lot of “bowl meals,” meaning I throw a bunch of veggies and carbs into a bowl and eat it. It’s always filling and nutritious, but doesn’t exactly feel like I’m eating a proper sit-down meal. These breaded tofu steaks make for an easy, weeknight vegan meal that would be perfect for a family dinner or date night. They’re low maintenance, while also feeling a bit elevated. You can dress them up with well planned side dishes, or simply eat them like chicken nuggets––it’s totally up to you!

Made with only three ingredients, they’re quick, easy, and the recipe makes a perfect 5 portions––great for meal prepping for the week! Heat them up in the microwave and you have an easy hot breakfast. They may not be pancakes, but they sure are good. :)

Baked Tofu with Asian Slaw

This is a super easy weeknight meal and something I always fall back on when I want a quick, healthy, and filling dinner! You can definitely play around with variations on veggie add-ins, spices on your tofu, or rice noodles instead of rice. Lots of room for experimentation here!
